At IMAMI, your satisfaction matters. We offer a simple and hassle-free exchange process for your convenience.


Eligibility

  • Exchange available within 3 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Sale/discounted items are not eligible.

  • Fragrances, body mists & perfumes are NOT eligible for return or exchange unless the wrong or damaged item is received.


Exchange Policy

  • You can request an exchange if:
    ✔ You received the wrong product
    ✔ The product arrived damaged

  • Our team will verify your request and arrange an exchange if approved.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the same value.


Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted if the item delivered is:
    ✔ Defective
    ✔ Damaged
    ✔ Incorrect

  • After verification, customers will receive store credit only.

  • No cash refunds are offered.


Important Notes

  • Items must have all original tags.

  • No exchanges/returns on fragrance items unless delivered damaged or incorrect.

  • Store credit can be used on any future order.
